5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms include:

• Fees are due as specified in the service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Refund policies are outlined in individual agreements

6. Limitation of Liability

Millennium Hospitality Brokers GmbH provides services with professional care and expertise. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services rendered, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service contract. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

8. Intellectual Property

All reports, analyses, strategies, and other materials created by Millennium Hospitality Brokers GmbH remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients receive a license to use these materials for their intended business purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
